The easiest doctor visit ever!!! Very clean facility, great staff members.

My daughter rolled her ankle yesterday, so we made an appt for the next day. They took us in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. They had her x rayed and bandaged up and we were on our way. The dr was great also.

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.  I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.  Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

I was a walk-in. Checking in was painless and my weight was not long. Everyone was very friendly I found the office to be clean and welcoming.

Went to bed with a slight toothache and woke up with a swollen face. Was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When I got there the staff was very nice, I was seen within 20 min. The Dr. was very nice, I was done within a half hour. My script was sent over to my pharmacy. I would definitely go again and recommend. Nice experience.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

The Nurse Practitioner was very good, compassionate, knowledgable. She sat with me and explained what she had diagnosed. I would absolutely recommend her. I feel fortunate that she was there yesterday.

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.

When being checked in girl talked with others the whole time.  Girl who checked me in talks loud. Not to complain but when no t feeling well annoying. Being 62 don’t think questions about being pregnant last period are necessary. She snapped back saying she has to ask. Doctor was great and through. I’m overall pleased I got my X-ray without having to go somewhere else. I think my complaints are exaggerated because I was feeling very sick

The reception as well, very friendly, treat, you with respect And you could see that they truly are concerned for the patience

Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told they were running late by 45 minutes. Not a big deal since I’ve experienced this before.

I was moving a couch with a neighbor and as we took it through the front door I misstep and hit my arm on the metal frame and ripped the skin off my arm. Needed to have it cleaned and bandaged.

Great place to be seen quickly and efficiently.  This was my third visit.

Very professional and diligent. Clear communication, empathy, and a clean welcome environment.
